My sister has been writing poetry for a number of years. After an officer was killed, she was ask to write some poems about him by the department. She ask me to proof them. I do not know the rules for commas, etc for poetry. It seemed her use was not proper. I am 75 years old and have forgotten a lot. I did not critique her poems, but told her they were great. The words were full of feeling. I would appreciate your input.
