When you do use the word “dozens” vs. “dozen”? I asked my mom how many eggs she bought and she said “two dozens.” Is this correct?

Wow, Jasmine, this question surprised me, and it’s a good thing I looked it up. The plural of dozen is dozens, and you use it after a number. So, even though I thought otherwise at first, your Mom seems to be right.
