New Orleans
I understand there is a discussion raging about whether to rebuild New Orleans on its current site, which is considerably below sea level, or whether to rebuild at another location, presumably more favorable to hurricanes.

Survivor
I’m still mesmerized by the film footage from New Orleans and points east. It’s water with rooftops dotting it. Water with people slogging through it, knee deep. Water with debris of all kinds floating by.
