If it were me, I would avoid all those apostrophe problems in the following manner:
1. I would put the title of the handbook on two lines.
2. It would look like this:
Hanneke’s Logowear, LLC
Employee Handbook
You do not need to worry about the ‘, because you have created a title and not something used in a sentence form.
